Braised pork belly and vegetables in a marinade

Fillet of fallow deer, mushroom and plum grilled and served with a red wine sauce made from the deer

Oshizushi with trout and shiso, miso soup and pickled vegetables

We offer one of the biggest selections of sake in Scandinavia, as well as wine - conventional as well as low intervention - by glass and bottles. We also serve beer, selected long drinks, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
