Pumpkin tofu, roasted kelp and pickled wasabi stems

Duck breast, vegetables and tamagoyaki served in a dashi

SHIKA SUMIBIYAKI – 150 DKK

Filet of fallow deer, mushroom and plum grilled and served with a red wine sauce made from the deer

Rice, trout and shiso cooked in a donabe clay pot, miso soup and pickled vegetables

SHIRATAMA DANGO – 80 DKK

Mochi and grapes cooked in a sweet genmaicha and served with ginger, shiso and lemon verbena

We offer one of the biggest selections of sake in Scandinavia, as well as wine - conventional as well as low intervention - by glass and bottles. We also serve beer, selected long drinks, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
